Our pantry that I love, oh so much. I found it in the basement at my old house and decided to use it as a pantry due to the lack of cupboard space. It followed me to the new house as well for the same reason. Sam loves to empty it, so all non breakable items are kept on the lower shelves for her entertainment. My great uncle would be entertained that his tool cabinet doubles as a nice kitchen piece.

new project.

For the new year, one of my resolutions was to start a new photography project in hopes of really pushing myself in my photography. I'm very excited about this project and really will do my best to stick with it. I may not upload every day, but I vow to have my camera out of its bag at least once a day and will upload when I have a few moments to myself. I've found it's rather difficult to edit with the children climbing on my lap to empty the desk drawers.

ComEd is on my angry list. This happened Saturday morning at probably 4:00 AM. These pictures were taken Sunday afternoon after many, many calls to ComEd to clean up the line. We still had power, but the limb ripped the cable off of the house. Me without the internet = hella pissy because I can't work at home and have to spend even more time at the office. I'm also angry at the neighbor for realizing this tree is a problem and being to cheap to cut it down. Thanks.
